At WorkBook Software A/S, we are extremely aware of our responsibility related to the fact that the WorkBook system, first and foremost, must work impeccably 24/7. Our aim is that there should not be any technical problems related to the system and the up-time must be very close to 100%. However, we also feel a considerable responsibility related to helping when our customers and users face any kind of problem or need help and guidance.

So, besides developing a user-friendly, fast and stable system, naturally we have also focused on being able to offer a strong support function to our customers and users. This is why we offer a number of various support possibilities with a couple of things in common, all support questions are treated seriously and efficiently – and at the same time it is possible to get in touch with us 24/7.

The development of the WorkBook system is based on a high level of understanding our customers business as well as our user-driven innovation. Aligned with that, WorkBook Support is based on a fundamental understanding of a working day of our clients. Followed by a readiness to meet our client’s wishes when it comes to improvements and new features.

We make sure that the system is up and running and that all users feel comfortable with their WorkBook from day one. Depending on which modules that are chosen, we will define a process and flow that guarantee a successful implementation. If your company only requires a few modules, e.g. time registration and invoicing, it is possible to implement WorkBook yourself using our video guides. After implementing WorkBook a considerable number of times, we have developed a checklist that ensures that all important items are dealt with, to make sure that your company can start using WorkBook as fast as possible. Implementation of WorkBook (including new financial system and end-user training) can typically be done in 50-60 hours over 7-14 working days. Training & Courses Training and courses for end-users is typically a part of the implementation programme. However, once a month, your local WorkBook Partner will arrange a WorkBook 'Basic Course' for all new WorkBook users. Typically, there will be training in project management in the morning and within the finance system in the afternoon.
