We take strong pride in our service delivery and strive to answer support questions within 1 business day. Normally we reply back faster than that, but in some cases we need more information on your systems setup, before we can answer your question.

Software as a Service (SaaS)

We sell our software on a SaaS business model which means that you rent the software licenses and don’t pay any up-front fees. The cancellation notice is only 3 months.

Hosting or On-premise

We let you choose if you want us to host your system or you want it to be installed on-premise. We have different data centres around the world and depending on your location, we install in the data centre nearest to you. This ensures fast system performance and less waiting time.

If you prefer to host the system on your own server, that’s fine too.



API and Integration to other systems

We have an API built on OData (Open Data Protocol) on the way that allows you to connect your WorkBook to other systems. Besides that we have standard plug ‘n’ play API’s for Microsoft Business Solutions (NAV and AX), SAPGoogle Mail & Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, MagPeople, Dynamic AI, ReadSoft, ActiveCampaign, more than 30 banks (for online banking and credit card integration),  Google Drive and Dropbox.



All updates are included in your subscription fee. We release a new version roughly every 3 months and service patches on a regular basis. Every release is very well documented and contains new features as well as improvements to existing ones. A new update will never affect or change your data and new features/screens are mostly disabled, and you can decide if you want to enable them or not.

An update normally takes less than an hour and can be arranged to be done outside normal working hours. We recommend that you read the release notes before an update so you are aware of the changes.

It’s possible to arrange for a test update of a copy of your system, so you can see the changes with your own data.

Technical information

WorkBook is a Rich Internet Application – a web based system that you can use on both Mac and PC to run it. The frontend system is developed with a combination using Microsoft Silverlight technology and HTML5. A Microsoft SQL Server holds the data and business logic.

WorkBook supports Single Sign On by integrating to your Active Directory when installed on-premise.


We have various mobile apps available for both iOS and Windows Phone. The WorkBook App is available for free download in the Apple App Store for users on the go. Head on over to our help page to see what other apps are available.
